How many traveller profiles can I create?
You can create up to four traveller profiles under one account. This allows you to
travel with different companions such as friends or family members.

How do I create a journey?
Select a traveller profile, enter origin, destination, travel dates, travel mode,
and compatibility filters such as gender, language, and age group.
What are compatibility filters?
These filters help you find suitable co-travellers based on language, gender,
age group, and travel preferences for a safer and more comfortable journey.
🤝 Requests & Matching
How does the request system work?
You can send a request to join another traveller’s journey. Once accepted,
the journey is confirmed and all other pending requests are automatically rejected.
When is chat enabled?
Chat becomes available only after both travellers accept the journey request,
ensuring privacy and secure communication.
📍 Journey Status
What are the journey stages?
A journey moves through Created → Confirmed → In Progress → Completed.
The system automatically marks it completed 48 hours after the end date if not updated.
Can I cancel a journey?
Yes, you can cancel before the start date by providing a reason.
All co-travellers will receive a cancellation notification.
🛡 Trust & Safety
What is the Trust Score?
Trust Score is based on your completed journeys, ratings, feedback, and
dispute-free history. Higher scores improve your matching priority.
What are Loyalty Badges?
Loyalty badges are awarded to travellers who consistently complete journeys
and maintain positive behaviour and ratings.
How do I report or block a traveller?
You can block a traveller anytime. For disputes, submit a report and the
Sobat support team will review the case.

Does Sobat provide bookings or transport?
No. Sobat only connects compatible travellers. It does not provide ticket booking,
accommodation, or tour packages.
Is my personal data secure?
Yes. Sobat ensures data protection through verified accounts, controlled chat
access, and privacy-focused profile visibility.
